I work in a high stress environment, and people can tend to get very stressed out, especially when they are trying to get on a flight. The hold music on my phone system is connected to a CD player. More often than not, I put in I Do just to calm people down on the other end before I get on the phone with them. Occasionally, I will hear people singing when they haven't yet realized that I have picked up the phone on the other end.

I have been watching you from the start and I think you are doing a good job. Your career is coming along well and GOD has more for you just be patient and he will supply all your needs. Hope to hear from you soon. Keep your head up.
